DOMESTIC: A special 2 year warranty is supplied on all Engler dental and anesthesia equipment (A.D.S. 1000).

OVERSEAS: 1 year.

DOMESTIC: A special 6 year warranty is supplied on all Engler dental equipment (Control Box)

OVERSEAS: 2 years.

1 year on the scaler handpiece and micromotor.

Stacks have a 180 day warranty against manufacturers defects. Tips, burs, cutting discs and bearing angles (prophy & Contra-angles) have a manufacturers defect warranty at time of arrival. Keep in mind that most of these parts are replacement parts that eventually have to be replaced after normal usage and wear.

After sales service is as follows: Warranty repairs will be honored excluding shipping charges to/from our location. The defective part which must meet the warranty guidelines must be returned to us before replacement. If under warranty the part will be replaced at no charge. (Please note all shipping charges for any warranty item will be charged)

DOMESTIC LOANER POLICY: Engler offers a lifetime loaner service on all equipment which must be at the customers request. There is no rental fee on our loaners it is a free service. (** Please note: All shipping charges to/from our location is the responsibility of the customer).
